Summary

We are looking for a part time Content Manager to cultivate strong relationships with our audiences through the Toni Chic blog and social media channels. Our Content Manager will be responsible for developing and administering content designed to accumulate leads, engage prospects and create an interactive Toni Chic experience.


Responsibilities

  • Develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals
  • Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on our emerging media trends. Be prepared to discuss the report in detail and present your recommendations
  • Monitor the company's social media and web accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
  • Find leads per our internal strategies, nurture prospects and convert into clients by way of meaningful relationships straight from the DMs
  • Analyze the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and curate monthly reports that outline your recommendations to iterate to our media marketing plan. Iteration is gold!
  • Connect with 10 qualified accounts per day while keeping track of relationships built
  • Collect and review social media data in order to develop more effective campaigns
  • Manage collaborations and weekly giveaways
  • Daily FB Ad Management


Requirements

  • Freelancer
  • One to two hours per week to devote to meetings
  • One hour per week to devote to continuing media education, which we will pay for. PS - The teacher is incredible, engaging and fun!
  • Meaningful experience in social media management, copywriting, managing people, SEO, and the gift of gab - yes, we're serious!
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to figure things out without having to be micromanaged
  • Super *OOBER* organized
  • The idea of working on a driving a content machine on a realistic schedule, curating reports, and crushing checklists, to smash goals, while being empowered by analytics excites you
  • Knowledge of Facebook's advertising platform.
  • Your own MAC Computer and iPhone are required
